I guess what I want to know is can a stage 3r car still be considered stock? Could they be gotten from the factory or dealer with just such a setup?

just ask the dealer nicely, but you'll probably have to buy the car first, have your wallet ready and in a little while you'll have lots of power. And no it would not be stock, and in some states not emissions legal. So depending on your states laws they might not be able to install it on your car if it is planned to be driven on the steet.

No it can't. The stage 3 turbo upgrade does not come stock on the car and therefor has to be installed on a separate occasion. Once any engine parts have been taken out and replaced with aftermarket parts then it is not considered stock anymore. The stage 3 is a MOPAR performance upgrade and can be found on the MOPAR site.

MOPAR had a stage three upgrade, that if dealer installed, didn't void the warranty of the car. The dealer may have installed the kit, and then sold the vehicle with the kit installed. It is not considered stock.

It's a MOPAR performance upgrade. It does not come from the factory that way. But since it is a MOPAR Accessory, your warranty will cover it.
