Can InDesign CS2 be updated to CS3?

I have InDesign CS2 and I was wondering if there's anyway (through the website or something) that I could update to CS3 for free or for a smaller cost than CS3 costs by itself. Is it possible?

You can upgrade directly from Adobe.

From CS2 the upgrade is $199 USD
