I do not believ e on your wrong and false question and comments. Not true., It is true that Simon was stoned to death because of his true teachings about God but the Jews refuse him and throw stone to him until he died.
You are making your own story which is not true but lies, therefor you are liar and the son of devil.

It was Jealousy....and not very Christian of Him.
He should not have been Jealous of Simon's ability to perform miracles...but Simon shouldn't have boasted about it...it was pride for Simon do display it...
So either way they were both sinners....they were both men.
-----------------------
To people who don't know what they're talking about...there was a thing on History Channel a while back(if I hadn't watched that I would have NO clue what this was about)
--------------------
The Acts of Peter is a document that is first mentioned by the early church historians and from these clues scholars can establish that it was in circulation by the end of the 2nd century. It depicts Peter entering Rome after Paul had left and rescuing the church from the influence of one Simon the Magician. Simon is mentioned briefly in the New Testament and is almost certainly a historical character. In this account he is portrayed as Peter's arch-enemy. The two embark on an amazing miracle contest that culminates with Simon flying unaided through the air - but at the prayer of Peter Simon is dropped and crashes to the ground, breaking his leg. Simon is defeated and the people turn back to Christianity.

your not telling the whole story. Simon was the same perosn baptized by the apostles. He then decided to become a fals prophet and show of his wonders to the crowd. SO when Peter was walking out ofa town Jesus Appareed to him and told Peter to go where Simon was and to stop is preaching. So to save the faithful form being taken over by the falso prophet Simon, Peter prayed for the Lod to make Simon Crash. And why didnt u tell about the part where Simon killed a man and Peter brought him back?

The story is true, I was there, me and my friendly bottle of 5star meths, when he crashed to earth everyone said 'Ooh I bet that hurt' they then gathered round him, covered him with marijuana, set it alight and watched him get stoned to death. My story is as good as yours so you had better vote it the best, if i win one of my friends has promised me a slug of his favourite pre dinner drink 'UBoat fuel' ( brandy, vodka, rum, absinthe and meths.)
