I'm 16 and for the past year or so I've had off and on pains in my lower back and upper butt area. I did cheerleading and it might be due to that. But either way the pains will not go away now, they are pretty permanent for the time being. I can't sit down long enough to drive for a half hour or even watch a movie. Laying in bed is painful if i have to sit up. I'm only comfortable walking and sleeping. When I stand up from sitting down I have to hold my back and walk slowly crouched over until my back feels alright to stand upright again. I also can't sit still for more then 15 minutes. I know I need to see a doctor or whatever. Still, I need advice.

I can sympathize with your pain I have sufferd this same pain since I was 9. First your right you need to see a doctor , chiropractor and/or massage therapist. Stetching and yoga are good ways to relieve your pain. It sounds like you may have displaced 1 or more discs in your lower back and the musels in your butt are having spazums. Ice works good for taking away inflamation also ask your doctor about medications that might help relieve the pain and other treatments available to you. Take it easy you are young you need time to heal. Good luck.

Look for posture movements to help you Try stretching when you wake up and before sleep get checked out it sounds like you injured yourself Poor darling did you fall on your tail bone? i have pain like that but not nearly as bad I feel bad for you something really messed you up.. you should not be in that much pain so young.. Maybe try ice throught the day and a heating pad at night not too hott!! On left side lower is where mine is and it's from a move called the back breaker and ever since it has been messed up. Some nights from long days i lay down and right when i start to relax it terrible pain until im fully loosened up you really should get it checked out be careful about chiropracter they mess alot of people up Yoga find personal trainer that can pinpoint what is causing pain and isolate those areas so you can work on them

Yes, you need to see a doctor. You have classic symptoms of Ankylosing Spondylitis which is a genetic disorder. And it often begins to present symptoms in the mid teens. Ask your doctor to do a simple blood test to check for the HLA-B27 gene.
