Friend, of course not. Ministers are made of flesh and blood. They makes mistakes. They sin. They judge prematurely. They are not perfect. But they are still qualified to be ministers!

Define fair.

During my premarital counseling, our senior pastor admitted that he was slightly biased toward the man's perspective--he has more practical experience with the man's perspective and so understands it better. (He and I would gang up on my fiance--drove her nuts!)

But I can't think of any situation at my church where I felt that he, or any of the ministers, were being unfair.

The answer has to be no. Why? Because no matter what you do as a minister, you will never please everyone.

yes I think so with the church but as a human being he is not perfect.
