Serious question and no offense intended. This is for real self searching.
Please do not answer verses. I won´t read them.
Be sincere, you´d only be fooling yourself if you´re not.

Absolutely not.
My father is a minister...and I can tell you from personal experience that he learns new things everyday, has changed his opinion on MAJOR religious and theological arguments throughout the years.

So, no, my minister is not always right...and if there is one out there that thinks so....he is sadly mistaken.

No. Everybody commit mistake. No mankind is perfect except God. I do not agree with him if I know he is worng and tell things not on the bible because those are not biblical. But if the things he was telling are on the bible, I believe him but I do not believe you.

You are the son of satan because you do not want to here and read the verses in the bible, yet you ask questions about religion and spirituality.

When you studied ,you use books as your guide to learn but now you refuse to read verses regarding the bible which is the book of God.

No. That's why every sermon or teaching should be based on God's Word. Still, just because you may not agree with something your minister says, doesn't imply you should throw away the entire message. Retain the good part, and do away with the rest, especially if it's not in line with the bible.

Four ministers at my church, and they disagree from time to time. Other people on the worship team also have different thoughts, perceptions, and analyses of many points. For each case where they disagree, at best one of them is wrong.

There are also parts of my church's bylaws that I seriously disagree with--not in doctrine necessarily, but in principle. I never take my minister's word at face value, if what he says makes me question what I believe. More often than not my investigation proves him right and me wrong, but it is still my responsibility to verify for myself.

No - of course not. No-one is always right. The question is just how misleading is your church leader. Could be a good reason to exit left.
