The man I am getting serious with is dyslexic, by no means though is he a underachiever, but it is hard to understand him sometimes. It is like his mind cannot focus or stay on a single thought and it is beginning to cause problems. I want this one to by THE ONE, but I know if we dont figure this out, which in turn will help us communicate, then we are not going to last past the season. If there is anyone out there that can give me some insight into this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks and GOD Bless!!!

Has he ever been to a doctor to be evaluated for ADHD? What you're describing sounds more like ADHD than dyslexia; but some people have both.

Being dyslexic to me, means that you have a person who is struggling at least ten times more than the average Joe to achieve. When I was in college, I studied 40 to 60 hours plus raise two babies on my own. The other students complained about studding for six hours. I was lucky if I got a 2.5 and the others were over 3.0. We are definitely workers and struggle to be able to make it in the work field. There are programs for dyslexics. Have you tried looking up "Learning with dyslicia" "dyslexia" or just putting anything in the web search to see what you can come up with for the problems you both are facing? Call schools and even colleges, and you could go to the library and ask the Liberian for help. He is one heck of a man, please try to keep him. God be with you.
