I don't believe in God. I believe in expressing my love for my family and the real things in life. I'm sad for people who waste their lives on the myth of God...and put so much time and money into churches when they could be doing real things that are good...like helping to stop the insane cruelties to animals, or volunteering at homeless shelters. They could REALLY use your money...instead of it buying new stained glass windows in your church. (If there was a God, he would NEVER allow the atrocities that happen in factory farms go on...but I digress) Express your love in ways that benefit yourself, your loved ones and the other little divine sparks in the world.

If you spent you life loving your fellow men and women, if you live trying to make life better for others, if you practice tolerance for other beliefs, if you spread love and kindness by example then you wouldn't have to worry about your life being an expression of your love for God. You won't even have to 'find' God because He will find you.
There are far too many who confess to loving God but do little to live by example. We are cautioned to 'judge not' and yet we are extremely judgmental. We are told not to 'cast stones' and yet we throw them at will.
The point is, what you claim to profess and what you actually do aren't the same. So worry less about your love for God and care more about your fellow men and women and God will find you. You don't have to look for Him.

For the same reason your life isn't an expression of love for the Loch Ness Monster. It's good not to spend your life on pretend things.

Everyone's life is an expression of their love for God.
It's the way He planned it, He is Love, so however much of it any of us shows and live our lives by is therefore how much of God we express, and also how much we love God, whether we call it that or not. He also gave freewill and let us choose whether we would express Love or not, I don't believe He would punish us for using a gift He gave us.
Love be with you.

My life is mine to live.
God may have made it possible, and that's great, but I'm not going to be building shrines in His honour and thanking Him for every little blade of grass I've walked on.
Obsessing over God is just as bad as obsessing over Fallout Boy.
