btw I had no side effects, but i did go to the hospital because I was told to by poison control. Apparently I had fortunately not taken enough to do injury to myself. Yes I was taking this to try to kill myself, or at least hurt myself. I was upset about my lack of social life and the fact that I had broken up with my girlfriend. I am going to counseling now and my parents and sisters know about what I did.

You'll be perfectly allright. The LD50 of prozac (dose required to kill 50% of those who take it) is about 452mg/kg. This is measured in a rat because ethically you can't test how many people die. So by linear scaling you would need, theoretically, 27120mg prozac, or 678 40mg tablets! Hope it helps!
Edit: You should be 99% fine, but if you do notice any of these go to the ER.

Whenever you're worried about poisoning in the US, your first action should be to call the Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222. It's open 24/7 and is staffed by professionals. For most poisonings, they can reassure you that you'll be OK over the phone - saving you a trip to the ER. If it turns out that the poisoning is something to be concerned about, they'll let you know whether you can drive to the ER if you should call 911.
One interesting question you should ask yourself is why did you take 400 mg of Prozac? If the answer to this is anything other than pure accident, you need to talk to a mental health professional about what's going on.

If you're not sure, then go to an emergency room.
I don't know anything about Prozac but that does sound like an awful high dose. I hope you're okay.
edit: Yes, then, if that's 10x the normal dose you NEED to call an ambulence or go to the emergency room now. Or make yourself vomit a lot.
But please, please seek professional medical help.

Why did you do this? I take Paxil, basically the same thing , for panic attacks. I take 30 mg and it feel the effects. Go to your doctor. (and a therapist)

My first bit of advice is to go to the Emergency Room.
If your completely against that..drink milk to calm your stomach. If you feel the need to throw up..don't fight it..because your stomach is probably rejecting all the medicine.
Please call an ambulance if you need to.
