I dont know what happened I did a speed test ( speedtest.net ) and noticed that my uploading speed was durastically reduced. It usually is around 400-500 kbs but when i did a test today it was only 40 kbs O.o while my downloading speed is the same from before. Can someone please help?

There might be a lot of reasons for this. You'll need to contact your ISP if it is a frequent problem.

Here are some things it could be.
1. If you have cable or DSL, your upload speed is always a lot slower than your download speed. 40 KBps is usually fine. (Note 40 KBps = 320 Kbps)
2. If you have an unsecure wireless connection, someone might be uploading files through your connection.
3. You might have a virus, or if you use bit-torrent software, it usually uploads files to your computer to be used by others.
