I just bought Vitamin E 400 I.U. softgels, and im wondering if it will help prevent acne?

Ive heard Vitamin E is good for your skin, and im hoping by taking them, it'll help clear up my acne...

ur supposed to open up the gel capsule and spread it onto ur acne.

alot of ppl say it works for them when they use that method. [= vitamin e is really good for ur skin.
