All it means is you keep too much on your plate. Don't try to do everything or be everywhere. Slow down, don't worry with the small things.

They most likely mean that most of the time GUYS are the ones who get themselves into drugs, and that they're suprised to see a GIRL in the condition you're in and basically where you're headed.
Hopefully that's NOT you they're talking about.
