Never heard of it. Our family got help from The Stuttering Foundation and their book "Self Therapy for the Stutterer." We didn't have the money for any device if there had been one around then. Plus, we wouldn't want to have to depend on any device to help us speak. It is better to work hard and learn to overcome the stuttering without the aid of something that will stop working if the batteries die or it malfunctions.

don't know anyone who has tried it...know someone who tried another "device" and was sorry they spent the money on it
