Yes, if allyou have eaten for a month is ramen noodle soup and chicken noodle soup you are not getting enough:
1. Protein
2. Several vitamins and vitamin complexes
3. Several minerals including potassium, iron, etc.
And many other things your body needs. Get some fruit, veggies, and proteins into your body.

In the words of Little Beaver, "You betchem Red Ryder". Surely if you are savvy enough to use a computer you're not DS enough to believe your diet is healthy. If you have the money for a computer and ISP charges you have enough to purchase food.

If you can afford to use the Internet, you can afford to buy more food than that. Get yourself some protein and vegetables in your diet NOW or check yourself into an eating disorders program.

Definitely-you are probably deficient in just about every vitamin and mineral. Seriously-canned vegetables aren't that expensive, buy some.
