GARLIC!!!! not really sure if you're asking for favorite taste for cheese, or favorite cheese. I like garlic infused cheese. but my favorite cheese is brie
cheese. Its soooo creamy and delicious!!

I love all kinds of cheeses. Mozzarella, cheddar, provolone, bleu, Swiss, American, Parmesan, pepper jack, havarti, brie, all kinds. It just gives foods this smoooth, velvety texture and great flavor.

What the cheese is for?
I like Parmesan on my pasta & blue cheese on my burgers. Boursin on my crackers, mozzarella on my pizza, cream cheese on my bagel, goat cheese in my salads and swiss in my lasagna.
