Because everyone is rushing to get home or to work. At least that is the idea. "Peak hour" is actually its formal name.

If you get robbed you are supposed to lock the doors immediately so they don't come back. (I've seen this on TV)

dwarf. Why would everybody would placed an "rf" sound top after a "dw" sound? it incredibly is unnecessarily confusing to pronounce, and it irritates me. i like the pink Dwarf television tutor so I could say this observe each and every time I communicate approximately it, and that i hate it.
