Where can I buy speermint snow cone syrup/ flavoring?

For my dad's birthday I'm getting him and old fashioned snow cone machine (he loooves snow cones) and his favorite flavor is speermint with marshmellows on top (I know it's gross)

Thats funny, I never heard of that flavor on snow cones, gum yes.
