my hair frizzy, dry and damaged! i tried sunsilk, pantine and garneia fruitices. neither of them seem to work! and i can't buy conditioner from salons cuz my town dosen't have any good places! please help!

Do u wash it with a conditioner and shampooafter every time u swim? needless to say u shood be doin this yet additionally attempt going 2 a salon and get them 2 in simple terms wash it 4 u, they shood detect a shapoo and conditioner that suits ur hair type and wen its dry if u like the look ask what its called and purchase it- i continuously purchase the shampoo and conditioner they use. dont blow dry permit it naturaly dry except ur on the salon then placed sum serum on- this could help flyaway frizzy hairs and supply a shine- back ask ur stylist do not straighten daily as this might dry it out much extra!! wish THIS helps!! WHAT ARE U DOING TO YOUR HAIR????? Uneed to start by having all the dry and damaged cut off, Since u don't have access to salon conditioner, go to walmart and look for nexus that was in the salons until it went retail. Also get a plastic hair cap or plastic bag and put conditioner in yoUr hair cover it with the cap and heat ur head up with the blow dryer till its nice and hot then rinse with cold water salons do that all the time its a deep conditioning treatment I do hair and that's one of the Lil tricks.. U also need to find the straighting balm in nexus to keep your hair tamed.. get in touch with me and ill help u a Lil more with more ideas

I had the same problem as you.
1. Stop using a curler straightner for three months.
Meanwhile...
Use Dove Sheer Moisture for Normal to dry hair. (shampoo Conditioner Leave in Replenishing mist.)
- use the Replenishing mist when its still moist and the very next day
-when you you leave out of the shower spray cold water for about a min,
use 2 bottles of these and you will see prgress

Put in leave in conditioner, and use hydration hello 2 in 1 shampoo and conditioner.

go to a hair dresser and get a hair cut to cut off the dead ends and stuff .. I did that becuase my hair was like dead from dying it and straightening it so many times. its much smoother now
