What you wrote above is incorrect. This is what Quran says in verse 9:11
[9.11] But if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, they are your brethren in faith; and We make the communications clear for a people who know.
However, verse 9:110 is interesting, which runs as follows:
[9.110] The building which they have built will ever continue to be a source of disquiet in their hearts, except that their hearts get cut into pieces; and Allah is Knowing, Wise.
Remember that the twin towers were 110 floors tall.
But the building referred to in the verse above is a mosque that was built to create discord among Muslims. Ironically there was a mosque in the twin towers on the 55th floor.
I personally do not give that much importance to such coincidences. After that, the Lord alone knows!

In the UK its 999 but with old fashioned dial phones the USA thought it was too slow in an emergency they kept the 9 but two 1s are quicker to dial.

So if the perpetrators of 911 are really muslims, as they claim, and the Muslim clergy have not denied it, then it can be claimed that Islam is a tool of Satan.
Further, any peaceloveing members of that religion who claim it is peaceful must see the truth for themselves and get out of it. Because of;
(Revelation 18:4-5) And I heard another voice out of heaven say: “Get out of her, my people, if YOU do not want to share with her in her sins, and if YOU do not want to receive part of her plagues. 5 For her sins have massed together clear up to heaven, and God has called her acts of injustice to mind.

That isn't in the Koran. Someone knows you are gullible and told you that's what it says. And since you ARE gullible, you believed it.
Now here's a strange little tidbit that IS true. The word "Gullible" isn't in the Oxford English Dictionary.

because "999" was too long to dial on rotary phones. They changed it to 911 to make it easier and quicker to dial. Not long after that, they got rid of rotary phones.
