How should I answer for the interview if I would be ask of why should I leave my current job? In fact, what's true is that I want to leave because the salary is too low and I am searching for the company who has a good pay. But I think I can't say this to the interviewer of the company that I would be applying. So, what would be the best answer if ever. Thanks, I would welcome your positive suggestions regarding this matter.

Your answer is "I'm looking for an opportunity that will better utilize my skills."

If you are working for someone who does not pay competitive wages, and the interviewer is working for someone who does, they'll understand and accept that you want to improve your position.

If you're getting lousy wages because *everybody* pays lousy wages for what you're doing, you need to figure out what job you're looking for, that gets higher pay.

Companies pay more for jobs if not everybody can do them, or if not everybody will do them. If the job requires heavy labor in a 130F room, or it involves walking on I-beams 13 stories in the air, or if it consists of pumping septic tanks, even unskilled labor gets higher wages. If the job requires the ability to do brain surgery, the employee gets higher wages, even though the operating room is comfortably heated and fairly quiet.

But if a job looks fairly pleasant and fairly safe, and it's one that any idiot could learn in 4 hours, you're going to have a hard time getting more than minimum wage.

You know one in seven millionaires is a dry-cleaner? Nobody wants to work around hot presses and dry-cleaning fumes. Find a job that looks unpleasant, and the interviewer won't be put off by the fact that you're tired of starving to death. He's willing to pay more, because nobody wants to stick.

And maybe, with the knowledge you gain, you can eventually become a millionaire, too.

If the only reason you are leaving is because of pay then tell the truth. You just have to spin it so it doesn't sound like you are just jumping ship. Tell your boss you are happy where you are at but you are also looking to work for a company with more chances for advancement and opportunities to work your way up the pay scale. That doesn't sound quite as bad as the other job doesn't pay well.

"I'm looking for broader opportunities" is always good. You don't have to mention that it's the opportunity to make more money.
