it would be the spiritual growth manifested if you do those parts of the rosary...and how people will know you are holy or faithful. there's a part of the scriptures that says of believers, "by your fruits you will know them.." by focusing and meditating on various aspects of the rosary, it will help you to develope those qualities or "fruits" in your life.

Which are the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit?
The seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are:
1. Wisdom 3. Counsel 5. Knowledge
2. Understanding 4. Fortitude 6. Piety
7. Fear of the Lord
Is. 11:2,3

Which are the twelve fruits of the Holy Spirit?
1. Charity 5. Benignity 9. Faith
2. Joy 6. Goodness 10. Modesty
3. Peace 7. Longanimity 11. Continency
4. Patience 8. Mildness 12. Chastity
Gal. 5:22

The principal distinction between these two lists would seem to be that the seven gifts of the Holy Spirit are what Christians are to pray for, and the fruits of the Holy Spirit are the manifestation of those gifts.

The spiritual fruit from the blessing of the mystery. Like an olive is a fruit of the olive tree, the spiritual fruit is the blessing of the contemplation. Can you not see the relationship of the fruit and the mystery?

The recitation of the Rosary is traditionally dedicated to one of three sets of "Mysteries" to be said in sequence, one per night: the Joyful (sometimes Joyous) Mysteries; the Sorrowful Mysteries; and the Glorious Mysteries. Each of these three sets of Mysteries has within it five different themes to be meditated on, one for each decade of ten Hail Marys. Pope John Paul II, recommended an additional set called the Luminous Mysteries (or the "Mysteries of Light").
In addition to meditating upon the events of the mysteries, many people associate certain virtues, or fruits, with each mystery. (The following list of mysteries and the fruits associated with them corresponds to moments in the life, passion, and death of Jesus and Mary's participation in them chronologically.)
Joyful Mysteries
The Annunciation. Fruit of the Mystery: Humility

Maybe the "Spiritual Fruit" means the theme or the lesson you're supposed to get from it or something. I'm not totally sure though. Try to wikipedia it or something.
