I am straight outta college and finalizing my application to enter Army OCS. I have a board on Tuesday where I will be interviewed by three or four officers. What should I expect? I have a general idea, but I was just wondering if anybody else went through it.

They will ask you general questions about you, about current events, about anything except professional military topics. I went through one in 1969,in connection with my application for a commission from the ranks.
The purpose of this is to determine whether or not you are articulate to a degree consistent with being a future military leader.

In the Army, every boars is unfortunately different. That means there is no standard in promotion or selection, and no one can answer your question accurately.
