Looking for the airport closest to Disneyland in CA.
(Is it Anaheim)? Also, I'm looking for a good vacation pkg. for Disneyland.... any suggestions?

john wayne will be the easiest by far to get to disneyland, and come into, its much more relaxed. lax is hell, but its a major international airport, so you'll have more options for flights. depending where your coming from, jet blue normally has good deals, and they come into long beach. its a small airport though so be warned. plan for a shuttle or rent a car before you get here. driving around here isnt that confusing. if your coming from johnwayne, you would just go down the 405 north, get onto the 55east then the 5 north and they'll be signs to get off at disneyland, and a street that has disney in the name

The closest airport to Disneyland is Orange county airport AKA John Wayne Airport in Irvine (SNA) From there to Disneyland the OCTA bus system provides transit service. LAX is also not far and has better fares and options. From LAX there is a scheduled private bus service for about $20 each way to Disneyland. As for vacation packages, Southwest Airlines has some good values. Good Luck!

Yes John Wayne Airport or Long Beach airport are good. LAX too, its about 30 miles from Disneyland

As everyone has said, John Wayne airport (SNA) is the closest geographically. However, getting there from LAX is very easy as well (there are shuttles) and it may be worth your while to save some money flying to LAX and taking a shuttle rather than spending more to fly into SNA, which is significantly smaller. However, a tour package will also get you to and from the resort. I'd look on Expedia.

It is called the John Wayne Air Port. A distant second is the Long Beach Airport. Check the usual packages from travelworm and the other web sites. Also check out the Disney Web Site.

i live near there, so i know the place, the most closest i know is john wayne airport, its is max 30 min drive from disney, unless the traffilc is hell
