assuming you mean public hs, jhs, elementary,
its different every year ( well for the past few years)
this yr it is september 4

Some colleges will start the fall term in August.....a few will wait till after Labor Day.
Elementary, Middle and High Schools all normally start a few days after Labor day.....Dates for Public and Private schools will vary.

USUALLY (although not always) school starts a few days after Labor Day.
I start school on September 5th...so most schools are around that date.
