Class A's with the wonderful **** hats. But that was years ago. But it should be the same unless they made basic even wimpier as the years past.

Class A's for the graduation from BCT.... though when you get to AIt you will most likely be graduating in ACUs so always keep a fresh pair clean and set aside for that moment.

I never had a graduation from BCT or AIT. I went to basic that was OSUT and at the reception station I was offered $5k to change MOS. I changed MOS so when BCT was over I got a handshake from DS and CPT and a airplane ticket. My AIT did not have a graduation. Just another airplane ticket for Airborne School. I dropped out due to injury and I got a airplane ticket to my first duty station. I never got a graduation from anything in the military.

It doesn't matter, but you may feel a bit more comfortable in Class A's because most of the guys will be in Class A's, or if you want to stand out from the crowd wear the BDU (sorry ACUs) new change.

I graduated 2 yrs ago, and we wore ACU's to BCT graduation. My AIT graduation, however, we wore Class A's to.

My husband is in the military and he says that you should wear your class A's because the people graduating are going to be wearing class A's or class B's and also because it is a formal event.

Class A's are a pain in the ***, I was always a BDU person but I know those are defuncted. Now I prefer civilian clothes, because I refuse to put on G.W.'s under-roos!
