I recommend you go on the Nioxin website - it will tell you which products are best for your hair type. There is also a place you can ask questions.
I have been using it since Easter, and have noticed a definite difference. [ Had chemo and induced menopause for breast cancer - definitely a shock to the scalp! ]
My hair is thicker, and I have a new 'crop' coming in alongside it.
** Decide what you need, and shop around for lowest price - first time I got it off Ebay.[ check feedback stats ]

my aunts a hair dresser and she recomended it to me when my hair was weak and brittle and falling it and i used it and it really helped. it made it feel alot healthier. its worth the money
