Should I write a letter to each innocent person that I witnessed things being stolen from a letter of where this neighbor lives and what was taken from them. They do this often and it's happened to me. They have no shame. Your suggestions please.

I would just warn them if you SEE them doing it to YOU. If they do it again, either photograph, or video this happening, and let the police know. As for your neighbors, you may want to be sure that they do not simply have permission for this. Who knows?

Sorry. And I bet someone else will notice it. I would report the paper thefts to the newspaper. Maybe they can deal with it. Be careful about putting anything down in writing, sad to say. Anyone who would repeatedly steal from others would probably be very quick to sue as well.

Yes, they should know what is going on.

I have one next to me that is an idiot who used to put his garbage in my can. I finally caught him and now put the can in the garage where he can't get to it.

Notify ALL of your neighbors what is going on so they are all aware and can take action. He is stealing the papers and trespassing by taking the fruit. All of you can file a police report, that is what I'd do to teach this person a lesson.

Isn't it nice we have such wonderful neighbors living around us these days?

I would just advised the manager of the place so they can keep an eye on the stealians upps arminians next time they go to the store. You are making an accusation and if PD cant prove what you are saying is true the arminians can take accions against you.

Next time you see your neighbor stealing something, walk outside and wave and yell "Hey!! Whatcha doin'?" in a friendly voice. If they know you can see them, they'll probably quit doing it.
