I know Petsmart has "Puppy Education" for about 109 Dollars, and it goes on for 8 weeks. And it trains the puppy and everything, and they also have special classes for bladder, for pups!

I suppose you are talking about house breaking her? If so... I have had lots of experience with this and learned it from a trainer. It works every time. Take a small can and fill it with marbles. Then, get an old playpen, I found one at a flee market. Keep the puppy in the playpen, where you can watch her. Do not put paper in the playpen. You can put a plastic sheet and a blanket and a wind up clock. The clock keeps them calm with the ticking. do not take her out unless you are going to watch her every move. While watching t.v. or what not, watch her either in or out of the playpen, and when she makes a move to use the bathroom, shake the can of marbles quickly, and this will scare her and she will "stop" in midstream. Then pick her up and place her outside in the grass. Never play with her outside till she is house broken, or she will confuse going out with playing rather than taking care of "business". You can use the marble trick to stop her from doing anything wrong, but stick to just housebreaking only first to avoid confusion. She will be house broken in just a few days.

Go to the library and get everything by Ian Dunbar. You might also ask for an interlibrary loan for books by Turid Rugaas.
8 weeks is the perfect age to start training. Teach sit, stay, come, and down. House train her, teach her Bite inhibition, and start socializing her with lots of people. After she has all of her shots from the Vet, in about a month, then socialize her with as many friendly pups and dogs as possible.

You didn't explain what you want her to be trained to do? Housebreaking? Use a crate. Obedience? At two months she can learn to come, sit, lie down, play...You teach her by action and method using only one word for each action. Touch is most important when they are young. Be gentle, but clear, precise and consistent in all things you do with your puppy. You'll find sucess comes as if by magic. :)
It'd be much easier had you had a specific question in mind...

Get some dog treats and break them into tiny pieces, carry them in your pocket and then start rewarding her when she does what you want her to do. Sit is an easy one. Come. When she's a little older, maybe 4 months, I'd go to PetsMart for an obedience class.

crate train your puppy!!! make her sleep in there at night, let her out to go potty every few hours, she will learn to cry to go out potty. If she is bad, put her in her cage. when you leave the house, put her in it so she won't chew or potty in the house. Of course keep it clean. If she has an accident in the crate, clean it up, and replace bedding.

treats help and make the training fun for you and the dog.
dogs natually want to be loyal and contributing.
like a seeing eye dog or a police dog. they will respond to training. but make it exciting and then give the dog its own time to play and be in non training mode
