Customs will catch it. Had a similar situation happen recently in my community. When the guy opened his front door to receive the package he was greeted by feds.

Ticket if you caught with em under age. Dont mater wear you got em and wont go to jail at less your on probation then u might since your breaking the law by having cigs underage as a po violation.
