Yes, Hitler was a Christian.
Read the American Pageant, 12th edition.

I'm a history junkie, and believe me, he was Christian.

But that doesn't really mean anything. He did not do what he did in the name of his religion, but rather his own benefit. This includes the Holocaust. Contrary to the ever-popular misconception that Hitler was punishing Jews for the death of Christ, Hitler's genocide was more about his want for a perfect country with perfect, "Aryan" citizens, along with a grudge he held against the wealth most Jewish families had.

Yeah, he was Christian, I assure you.
But that doesn't mean a thing.

Screw Hitler. He was a Jack-*** and a despot. He is not representational of anything except that. This kind of rhetoric displays the true bottom-feeding mentality of questioners and answerers. He was also German, are all Germanic peoples evil? He was a man. Does that mean only Vile Temptresses should be trusted as leaders ( Boy I am going to regret that one)
Drop the childish mind-reading games. He's dead, probably by his own hand. For those who believe, he has a lot to answer for. For the atheist, he is dust. Move. On.

He was no Christian. He rejected the Catholicism of his youth at a young age, aligning himself with Protestantism in the hopes of creating a state religion. In fact, he wanted to purge Christianity of everything he didn't like. He believed Jesus to be an opponent of the Jewish people and didn't believe in the redemptive value of Jesus' suffering and death. As time went on, Hitler found "spiritual sustenance" in Buddhism, Confucianism, and Islam.

Hitler believed himself to be a christian.
Hitler wrote: "I believe that I am acting in accordance with the will of the Almighty Creator: by defending myself against the Jew, I am fighting for the work of the Lord.." As a boy, Hitler attended to the Catholic church and experienced the anti-Semitic attitude of his culture. In his book, Mein Kampf, Hitler reveals himself as a fanatical believer in God and country. This text presents selected quotes from the infamous anti-Semite himself.

Hitler is only a Christian if you believe John 3:16 is the only verse in the Bible.

From the documentaries I watched on the history channel, he had some catholic schooling in his background, but in his later years he was a Pagan. He also was strongly influenced by Darwinism and the doctrines of natural selection and survival of the fittest.

even the demons and satan believe that Jesus died and rose again, unless he repented of his sins and accepted Christ, which he didn't, he is not a Christian

The problem is, anyone can say they believe Jesus is who he claimed to be, but if they do not have good works to back it up, then their faith is dead. I doubt you can chalk up gassing 6 million people as a good work.

Sorry, Hitler was not a follower of the example set by Jesus - he was no christian.

It's the same with Barak Obama claiming to be a christian, when clearly he is a muslim.

you don't need a web site, read the words from hitler's own mouth in mein kampf and you'll see how he says his ideology was inspired by jesus and christianity. nothing more definite than that. but i'll bet money on it that you won't read a word of it.
