You can try prying it off with a spackling knife--but that stuff is tough--we just pulled the mirrors off that had it on and respackled the little spots......a lot easier

I would try Goof Off to loosen the glue, and then easily peel it off with a razor or putty knife. You can buy it at a home center.

Use WD40 to dissolve the adhesive. Do it when you can leave the window open for fresh air.

I use lighter fluid for any sticky stuff. Either cigarette or BBQ lighter fluid. Just be careful.

heat gun or hair dryer may soften the glue.
