Mojito.
Bacardi rum (or any other light rum),
simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated up until the sugar disolves into the water, then cool it.)
fresh mint leaves
juice from half a lime
club soda
Place several mint leaves in the bottom of a glass. Add the simple syrup and muddle. (pound with a spoon until the mint crushes up and releases its scent). Add the rum, lime juice and stir. (sometimes I add the entire lime half to the glass) Add ice and top with the club soda. Garnish with another mint leaf. Serve with a straw so that you can keep muddling the mint.

I'm partial to White Russians, and a variant I found which has become my favorite.
The Dirty Banana
In a tall glass with ice...
1 shot vanilla vodka
1 shot coffee liquor
1 shot 99 bananas or other banana liquor
fill remainder with half and half, and shake.
This tastes like a banana milkshake and has quite a kick with the vodka and the 99 bananas. Try and enjoy!

I dont know if this drink has a name but I like to mix Parrot Bay mango rum with orange juice and strawberry daquiri mix. If you like frozen drinks add this to a blender with ice and blend YUM!!

Caribbean Commie w/ a Twist
1 shot malibu coconut rum
1/2 shot simple syrup
1/2 shot grand marnier
1/2 shot Razzmatazz or a liquor close ( rasberry grape flavor)
Fresh Squeezed lime juice
shooken oer ice then strained

I really like beer with bloody mary mix. Sounds disgusting but is so tasty and refreshing.
