Hmmm...lots of fat and simple carbs-should help you sleep while your body packs that onto your butt.
Something a lot of diabetics eat for a bedtime snack is cold whole grain cereal with low fat milk-protein and complex carbs that digest slowly to last through the night :)

That's pretty bad for you and you might end up with some freaky dreams while your body digests all that grease and fat. What about some fruit or a small bowl of ice cream?
