There are at least three possible interpretations of the seven spirits of God. The first is that the seven spirits of God are symbolic of the Holy Spirit. The Bible, and especially the Book of Revelation, uses the number seven to refer to perfection and completion. If that is the meaning of the seven in the "seven spirits" then it is not referring to seven different spirits of God, but rather the perfect and complete Holy Spirit. The second view is that the seven spirits of God refer to seven angelic beings, possibly the seraphim, the cherubim. This would fit with the numerous others angelic beings that are described in the Book of Revelation (Revelation 4:6-9; 5:6-14; 19:4-5).

First, unless you are fluent in Jacobian English (KJV), I suggest you read bible in modern (present) English.

From the Greek, we have sevenfold spirit or seven spirits. (NLT or NIV). So is your question is what is the sevenfold spirit or who are the seven spirits?

6 Then I saw a Lamb that looked as if it had been slaughtered, but it was now standing between the throne and the four living beings and among the twenty-four elders. He had seven horns and seven eyes, which represent the sevenfold Spirit of God that is sent out into every part of the earth. (NLT)

The sevenfold spirit is the seven eyes that is sent out.

I believe that most people look for something that is too deep. The wonderful thing about the seven Spirits is that they are as simple to understand as the simplicity that is in Christ (2Cor:11:3). Simplicity is the key. We, for the most part, complicate God's word looking for something real deep and far out.

Revelation talks about the seven Spirits of God in four places. These are found in Rev.1:4, 3:1, 4:5, and in 5:6. One of the places it speaks of the Seven Spirits is in the 4th Chapter the 5th verse. I have placed it here for you to read. God tells us that the seven lamps of fire burning before the throne are the seven Spirits of God. Then in the 5th chapter the 6th verse he tells us that the seven horns and seven eyes on Jesus, who is portrayed as a lamb, are the seven Spirits of God.

Let's read both of these so that you can see the comparisons.

Rev.4:2-5
2. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne.
3. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald.
4. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.
5. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

Rev.5:5-7
5. And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof.
6. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.
7. And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne.

God is telling us that the seven lamps of fire burning before His throne and the seven horns including the seven eyes on the lamb are the seven Spirits of God. So in all reality the seven Spirits are all three of these things. In Ephesians the 4th chapter it tells us that there is one Spirit. It also says that there is one body referring to the Church.

IS 11:2 The Spirit of the LORD will rest on him-- the Spirit of wisdom and of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and of power, the Spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD-- 3 and he will delight in the fear of the LORD. He will not judge by what he sees with his eyes, or decide by what he hears with his ears; "

First is who He is (Lord) and 2-7 are aspects of what He is:
wisdom
understanding
counsel
power
knowledge
fear of the Lord
The last one is coming on the earth soon.
