You can't really judge a girl or woman by their hair color, such is true about skin color as well. There are many stereotypes about race, hair color, and many other qualities that aren't true.
I personally don't think it's true, and I'm a blonde. Sometimes I find it offending that people would imply it on just women with hair color. Of course, they have things about men too, with size and race... But it's just not fair.
Life is how you make it, and if you make it how you want, then you are doing it because YOU want to. If you're a blonde, and you seem to have "more fun," then it's because of how you live your life and choose to be -- not because of hair color.

No, because I've heard evidence from males and that is untrue. The red head with the temper thing though I believe to be true

No it's all a mitt. They are what we make them in other words they react to our action. If we treat a women like she is hot (read head) she will act like one. If we play cute and silly with them they will wine up ditsy like a blond. Reactions to our actions so if you want a dumb blond she will see this pleases you and subconsciously she Will become one.
