There isn't a restroom on the blimp. For the short flights I assume they just wait until they land and for the longer flights I am sure they use one of the portable disposal units (like they do on small aircraft)
This comes from my experience from my ride on the blimp!

The blimp is a lighter than air craft that has the scale and skill you notice and the elevate is gained by using the gas interior the bag. Propulsion is the two directional automobiles--confident--the Goodyear Blimp is a blimp by using definition
