You chose to eat. If you want to lose weight you can. Stop eating white flour and sugar. I was once 273. Everything you eat needs to revolve around vegetables and some fruits.

Read Robert Adkins book.

Start looking in the mirror everyday. It is easy for me to forget how I look if I don't see myself from another prospective.

God did not choose you to be fat or ugly. You can choose to be healthy at any time.

God is a good and mercy-full father for all of Us. He has a special plan for everyone. If he didn't he didn't pick you to be a dumb-blond cheerleader, Still your existence has a mission...
Maybe the mission is for you too demonstrate the world that even in an average body and without the beauty advantage, You can become an example of peace and harmony, making everyone Else's life better.

That said, lets get to the next step...
Judging by the avatar you picked, you are not ugly. In fact nobody is ugly. You are just being judgmental and too hard on yourself. Once you swallow this facts, you are on your way to a new you.

Attitude makes all the difference in the world. With the right attitude you can become the center of attention almost everywhere. And getting rid of excess pounds will follow naturally. So for the time being, go take a good look on the mirror...but look far beyond your physical image...Look deep inside and you will discover that you have a beautiful soul, and from it, only positive things will derive...

Out of all of the people in the world why are you sitting here feeling sorry for yourself. You can choose to love the person you are or sit there and think you are fat and ugly. It is up to you to do something about your attitude and your body, You can lose weight and exercise and as for ugly................ I don't believe that, Just because you don't look like a model or a TV star does not make you ugly.

Cry me a river.

Yeah i know, people are gonna rate this question down and crap because i'm not telling everyone what you wanna hear.

It isn't god's fault you are fat. If you don't like being fat, lose weight. If you don't like being ugly, get a makeover, change your hair, grow your hair out that it is in your face if you don't want to show it. Anything will work.

I know you don't want to hear this. But don't try to blame god on you. There are plenty of fat people, and there are plenty of ugly people, and plenty of both. But it isn't gonna do any good to get on the internet and whine about it. Go out and do something about it.

I'm done.

Do you think that you are the only person in the world who feels that way? You are not THE CHOSEN ONE sweetie. If you don't like the way you look or feel then do something about it. God, if he exists, didn't make you that way. You are a thinking, breathing human being in control of what you get out of life. SO, put your fork down darling and go for a walk, and not to the do-nut shop. Find a walking buddy who has a good self-esteem, it may rub off on you and get you out of the "poor me" rut.

These aren't the kind of questions that can usually be answered. But everyone has something good about them. I don't like what I look like, but I've been told I have huge eyes and long thick eyelashes << Good thing <<

I'm sure you have a good quality about you, and I'm not going to go on about it being about the inside not the outside, because tabloids are just teaching us too much. Do you really want to become a plastic slut who everyone talks about behind their back? And most pretty people are very lucky, or possibly slightly on the stupid side. So if I were you, I'd feel lucky.. Be greatful for what you have..

You need to start loving yourself the way you are. You are you for a reason! There are always people out there worse off than someone else. You are not fat and ugly. When you start loving yourself, your inner beauty will radiate. Hold your head up high- YOU ARE SOMEBODY.

I seriously doubt god is going to come down from the heavens and force you to work out. You have to do it for yourself.

Helpful Tips for weight loss:

1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) ...and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn't seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body's principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don't have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.
