For me the explanation of UNICEF is the most trustworthy and it says the reason islam had grown is because of the dramatic lack of family planification with many women having 4 or more children while Islam in a great difference with Christianity, remains a cultural - religious enclosed manifestation, that's it... The extra muslims are muslim descendance... as I had see in London and Paris, the same in South America, muslims are quite isolated.

God promised the church would have a world wide revival before Jesus comes again. Many believe this is happening as God has told churches across the world to expect a lot of people coming to Christ. Churches are growing here in the UK. Nobody knows of course when Jesus will come back, but we are definately excited.

I have seen the exact same claims from the Muslim religious leaders. If you check the statistics world wide the Muslim religion is gaining more adherants than the Christians by quite a favourable percentage.

Yes! Let us all have a nice competition for which religion has most converts. The winner is the world champion and can organise Eurosong next year.
Why are religious people so obsessed by numbers? is a religion not true when it has only one member (kwistenbiebelism)? is it more true with 1 billion followers? Does god only exist from am minimum level?

Don't think it is the second coming but I know you are right about the figures, Christianity is the logical choice. And most people easily see that.

Nah, it's just people realizing the truth. There are 12 million underground Catholics in China...I dunno how many protestants...probably as much or more!
