if they're wild rabbits leave em alone
if they're domesticated rabbits they should of had a hutch from day one!
on hot days take empty 2 lt bottles, ( pop bottles) and fill them with water, Put them in the freezer , and once completly frozen Put one in each cage , if you have them in the same cage/ hutch you'll only need one
in hot weather, Pleanty of fresh water changed a few times a day,( if you stick your finger in thier water and its nasty warm/ hot and if you had water that temp and wouldn't drink it its time to be changed to clean, fresh cold water) and fresh pellets daily
they'll also need a salt wheel ,some twigs from trees or the ground can be put in thier cage/ hutch for them to chew on
with mine during the summer they were outside I had some in all wire cages( which is recommended) and I put nails in to wooden shed i had in the yard, and attached their cages to it and i used a piece of Tin ( like you find on the roof of a metal shed) and put that over their cage, the one s that went into the Permanent outside hutches ( they were permanently outside because they were cemented into the ground) was in the shade
in the winter I had another building that had hutches on one side, all metal cages attached to the walls ( with nails the same was as out side) on the other side of the building and that's where they were all put in the winter the building had windows for light but a door to keep the cold out

That depends on if they are domestic or wild. If they are not wild, talk to the people you got them from and ask several other experts you can probably find on line. And call a vet. It would be great for them to be outdoors the nature intended them to be, but do what you can to keep them safe, like give them a bunny house maybe. If you have to keep them indoors see what you can do to give them exercise. The company Dr.FostersSmith.com has a lot of great outdoor exercise enclosers for cats that you could use! It's a good company primarily for dogs and cats. I am a dog trainer, not a rabbit expert, but I do believe that if you take an animal you are doing a good thing by researching the best way to take care of your furry friends. Good luck on your search.

Bunnies like to roam around outside, but if you let them make sure to watch them 24/7 because they can wiggle their way through tiny spaces causing them to escape or making it extremely hard for you to find them. If you can't, or don't have the time, I suggest you get them a spacious cage where you can leave them just while you're gone or until you can. Another option is to have a fence built around your backyard, the wooden ones that are bunched together though, so they wont have any whole to sneak through. If you do that then you wont have to watch them so much. Hope I helped, and good luck : )

ummmmm rabbits do dig so there is a possibility that they will dig under the fence and get out i use to have rabbits and let them run around outside like its not bad but i think that you should have a cage for some captivity for them!

Rabbits can live outside as long as they have food, water, and shelter from the weather. They need shade in summer and, if it's too hot, a bottle of frozen water to snuggle up to. If they are left outside normally, they can tolerate freezing winter temperatures, as long as they have shelter.

I'd keep them outside in a large appropriate cage as long as the weather isn't too hot or too cold.

First off...this belongs in rodents....but Buy them a cage. A large one that has different levels that they can hop around in. They need a cage to keep them safe. Outside is dangerous for domestic pets! Poor things. http://www.petsmart.com/global/product_detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=845524441816240&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=2534374302047888&ASSORTMENT%3C%3East_id=2534374302023695&bmUID=1186368825298&itemNo=25&Nao=24&In=Small+Pet&N=2047888+4294966683&Ne=2
I recommend something this, and bigger if you can afford it. You can always buy a play pen to put outside while they are supervised....but I think you should buy harnesses to take them outside. They may not like it at first but it will keep them in your reach adn safe.
