Every female is different, and it also depends upon whether your hymen is already broken or not. Your hymen may have been broken earlier by hard physical sports, bike riding, horse riding etc.
Assuming your hymen is still intact, Yes, it will hurt. Initially as the man starts to enter you, the muscles at the entrance to your vagina will stretch to accommadate the penis and this will hurt slightly -- more a dull ache. (This may happen for the first one to three times you have sex). Then when the penis breaks through/tears your hymen there will be a once-only sharp pain. With this tearing of the hymen there may be some blood, from a few drops to moderate bleeding for 10-15 minutes. This is normal.

Yes, you will bleed severely. Take some advil prior to be safe.
