There's like this little bump forming near the lash line and it hurts when I blink. Is it infected? UGHHH.

Ok , start warm compresses frequently [ every hour ] and take off the contacts until you go to the doctor , good luck

Most likely, yes. You probably have a "stye." It is sort of like a pimple that occurs on your lash line in one of the hair follicles. This is usually a little staph infection. It will usually drain and heal on its own. But it may become a "chalazion," which is when oil gland becomes completely blocked.
A good treatment for a stye is to apply a warm compress for 10 minutes 4 times a day. DO NOT squeeze or "pop" it!

i had one of those like two weeks ago. it is a sty, what i found really helped with the pain was a damp paper towel placed over the eye which hurts. i know its a weird feeling when it hurts to blink...the paper towel should really help. also if you wear contacts, do not wear them (if possible) and do not wear any eye makeup..it should be better in about 3-5 days

Definately go to your optomeptrist- it sounds like a stye but with contacts it could be something else. Stop wearing your contacts & get in to see the eye doctor. I used to work for an eyeglass company. I seriously don't think you'll go blind or die but get it checked out!

u have a thing called a stye itz a bump that appears on u eye around ur eye lash it happens to some people...I went to the docter and he told me about it , it will go away in a couple of weeks but try not to touch it because it could get bigger.....but other than that your fine so dont worry kk

Hi, it looks like a sty. In my home country the traditional solution for that is,don't laugh, to rubb an gold ring in the area. Try it, you don't have anything to lose!!.
Anyway, don't use your contacts because can get infected and the sty will pass shortly.

Sounds like an infected eyelash. I get them when I wear mascara. If your mascara is old I would maybe think about buying some new stuff. Hope this helps!

sounds like a stye and there are things you can buy to ease your pain when you blink its called stye you can find it at any pharmacy but its mostly Vaseline it just lubricates your eyes you probably need to see a doc and get something for the infection .

You have a cyst and yes it is probably infected. Probably in the root of the eyelash. See a doctor. Boric acid eyewash is the traditional treatments.

Sounds like a pimple, ingrown hair, or inflamed hair follicle. Get some Proactive cleanser / toner & spot cream. That will keep this from happening again.
