You can't. You will not only have to talk to a recruiter, but you will also have to go to MEPS and have your full physical and take the ASVAB if you haven't done so already. IF you pass all that then you will talk to a Coast Guard Classifier about what jobs you are eligible for and what jobs offer an enlistment bonus as well. Don't forget, any bonus you take will require you to enlist for an additional one to two years on top of your minimum four year enlistment. Nothing in life is free!

I'm serving in the CG now, I haven't heard of any bonuses, but I'll check for you if you want to email me in a few days. goandbereconciled@yahoo.com
I'd be surprised if there are any bonuses because the recruiters have no problem meeting their recruitment goals, (usually a wait to get in) and retention is not a problem in the CG either. IF they do, it would probably be in aviation or something where guys can leave the service for a lot more pay.
The other services do have those issues and offer bonuses based on needs.

I don't think you can. "The United States Coast Guard no longer makes their enlistment bonus amounts available to the general public online. For latest Coast Guard Enlistment Bonus amounts, one must contact their local Coast Guard Recruiter." http://usmilitary.about.com/od/enlistmentbonuses/l/blcgenlbonus.htm

Anywhere you find the jobs, you'll have to speak with a recruiter some time or another.

a recruiter is the only one who can access that information, as the answer will change daily, and in some cases, even more frequently.
