Because the bond between parent and child will always be there. You can never fully hate your mom or dad, and they will never fully hate you. Also, they are the people who gave care to youfor years, and no matter how much you fought, and how much they may have abused you, when they pass away, it's like a part of you is gone, and it makes you (subconsiocly) regret not doing more things with them. You should not hate your parents anyways, I love both my parents, and I wud not be able to go on if one of them died, and I'm only 14. You always regret not being there for your parents when they die. You always wish you were a little nicer. It is what we clal Human Nature

I cried much harder for my father than I did for my mother and my father and I had had almost nothing but a constant series of battles while I was growing up.

I cried for the things we had missed doing together.

because parents are the ones that have been there sense your firsts. the bond never will end.
you cry because you fear you wont ever see them again, but acually you will. (heaven)

its just a habit, no matter what parents do, you will love them!
