Try it for a week and let us know ur views in the matter.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. Do not touch articles of food or the cutlery in between. This will activate ur body to generate strong signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks (minimum 20 min duration) regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry. It is however to be noted that one cannot change the shape or size of different parts of the body.

A dozen raw oysters, a shrimp cocktail and a dirty martini.
A garden salad with baby shrimp and vinagrette dressing, potato skins with ranch dressing, and a tall rum punch.
A medium-rare ribeye with a buttered baked yam and steamed broccoli, yeast rolls with butter, and iced tea with lemon.
Apple pie ala mode with rum butter sauce, and coffee with cream and sugar.

I have been doing exactly THAT for the past 15 years of my life, and it's called: BBQ Rib-eye Steak. lol
I, alone, must be responsible for the indirect slaughter of over 3,000 innocent cattle! Guess my Nirvana is forever lost.

Can it be a four course meal?
I would get pumpkin soup, a prawn cocktail, mushroom risotto or lobster tails.
Crusty bread roll, followed by pavlova.

potatoes....they can be prepared in many different ways: french fries, scalloped, baked, mashed, boiled. This way it would not be a boring..I could still have variety eating the same food.
