because it would shatter their consumer driven, materialistic bubble. easier to keep on plodding along, being a slave to the system, while saving up for useless **** they don't need. it certainly helps that they have propaganda pounded into their heads 24/7 by the media.

BTW, that Popular Mechanics "debunking" is a bunch of BS. Popular Mechanics is owned by Hearst Publishing. William Randolph Hearst wrote the book on cronyism and yellow journalism and Popular Mechanics hasn't bucked that tradition.
Enter the term "yellow journalism" in the Encyclopedia Britannica and one of the first entries you will see is William Randolph Hearst. The listing attributes to Hearst a legacy of "distorted" and "lurid" reporting, and cites him as being hugely influential in fanning the flames of the Spanish-American war as a result of his newspaper's sensationalist yellow journalism.
Popular Mechanics is owned by the very corporation that defined yellow journalism!

Things look strange especially that the pentagon with all its bristling ground to air missiles couldn't shoot a plane down and don't try and say we couldn't find them on radar because they turned the beeper off, we can see a honey bee flying in the air with the radars we have. I don't know what really happened but I can bet the official story is not accurate.

How, with the biased news media we have today, could Bush's crew ever keep 9/11 secret?
The other thing that your physicist forgot was to study construction and architecture. Buildings are designed and constructed to resist downward forces (or don't you believe in gravity?) not upward forces which were present and affected the integrity of the design.

well all fine and dandy, but how many times have we witnessed a plane flying into a building to examine what happens? how many people would have to be in the know for this conspiracy to happen? way more than is practicable. but then again fire can't melt steel just ask Rosie, never mind that for centuries that's how steel was melted before Rosie told us it can't happen.

To hold a conflicting theory--that it WASN'T an inside job--doesn't necessarily mean one is "in denial." It means that we are in no way convinced, but not that we cannot be if we got some believable confessions.
That it was an inside job is a theory, no more and no less.
