NJ driver's license expired 5 days ago? Will DMV renew without a problem? And please no links to DMV website as they do not have any info on expired licenses.
thanks

I am from NJ. You do NOT have to pay a fine or penalty. Just make sure you have your 6points of identification. You will need that to renew it.

No problem renewing but make sure you bring your 6 points of proof as well as your expired license. The expired does not count as proof. You still need the 6 pts.

If you never got a traffic ,or parking ticket, they can't prove you drove. So just go in and renew, they want you legal, just don't get stopped on the way there.

Most states have a 10-30 day grace period. Check the state web site or call the renewal office.
