try putting a shock collar on your complaining neighbor. i bet it'll make them shut up!

play with your dog more, its staying up all night because its not sleeping.
make it bark during the day and wear it's butt out and it wwill help with the barking.

there is this box thing that you can buy at petco (i think) and you put it on your fence and it sends out sound waves that the dog doesnt like, put it closest to your neighbor.

shock collars are mean, most people use them as a form of abuse and not even know it.

This many sound silly, but there are dogs afraid of the dark, they hear a sound or see a animal they will bark like crazy, Their trying to scare whatever it is off, you might have to bring the dog inside because if it keeps disturbing the neighbor they could call the police and you will get a disturbing the peace ticket, I once knew a dog that wouldn't quit barking ( my neighbor's dog ) I went out one night to try and find what he was barking at, I found it, one of those plastic grocery bags was caught way up in a tree and it fluttered and moved in the wind.

We have two Lhasa Apsos that did the same thing. Drove everyone around us crazy! We heard about The bark Stop from a friend, It sets off an ultrasonic sound everytime they would bark. We ordered it from Smarthome.com, It cost about 40.00 bucks. Let me tell you, it was well worth the money! Everyone can sleep in peace now. Now we don't even have to keep it plug it in. We just tell them we are going to, and they shut right up. LOL

Well, you don't say what breed or how old dogs are.
The dogs need to be thoroughly excercised on a daily basis.
At night, you could bring them inside, or to the garage.
At first they may bark, but DON'T go to them, or even go tell them to quiet down, because to a dog, any kind of attention is better than no attention, and if you just leave it they'll (hopefully) quit barking.
Hope that helps.

I had a friend that had a dog that would bark like crazy whenever they had the TV on. They used a shock collar and the dog learned pretty quick.

There is a collar you can buy that everytime the dog barks it gives him a small shock. Eventually he will learn not to bark as much.

Is your dog in a crate? If the dog is in a crate you can take something and throw against the crate and that will eventually settle them down. Just don't let them see you throw the thing that you are throwing. You can also if that startles them say shhh and continue if they continue to bark. Hope this helps

Get a spray bottle and fill it with plain water and give him a couple of squirts everytime he misbehaves and he will soon learn. Or get a can or jar and put in a handful of pennies and shake the can. Both with a firm "NO." DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT USE A SHOCK COLLAR.

ok have your pup stay in your room and every time he howls say " shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" and give him a medium smack...not hard but just enough for him to think "oww that kinda hurt" so eventually he will get tired of being smacked and shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhed
