I just got back from band camp in South Carolinia were it was pretty humid... I'm not sure if it is actually a heat rash, but I'm pretty sure it is.... but what i want to know is what is it and how can I make it go away fast?? It is red and looks splotchy and hurts really badly when it is rubbed agianst something.

Wash with anti-bacterial soap.

Try Gold Bond medicated powder.

If it persists, get Lamisil spray.

I get Geat rash all the time you can put a wet rag in the freezer but i like to use corn startch it has the best affects
