Well there's a couple schools of thought on this. God may use a mathematical formula for this one.
(Number of people that have used the bridge) - (Cost of the bridge in USD$) + (Length of the bridge) - (Miles to closest bridge) - (Number of people that have been physically injured by the bridge) + (Time the bridge has been in existence)
Or using the "Hunch" Theory. I have a hunch it would be a Covered Bridge.

God doesn't like bridges, because they are a symbol of original sin.
If there are rivers and seas, God put them there. Presumably, He doesn't want us to cross them at certain points that are convenient to us pathetic humans; if He did, He would have placed a ford there. But, in most cases, He hasn't. Therefore, God hates bridges.
