Yellow coloring in the eye is called jaundice and it is an early sign of liver or gall bladder problems. But that is usually the whole white of the eye that gets yellow. If the spot was there at the eye doctor and you make the doctor aware of it, it is probably nothing. If it just appeared, I might be worried. Have blood work done to check your liver function.
